A candidate shall apply to be admitted to the examination in his own handwriting in the prescribed form to the Secretary to the Commission so as to reach him not later than such date as may be notified by the Commission in this behalf in each year. The prescribed form and a copy of these are obtainable from the Secretary to the Commission.
