(1)For every Special Court set up under Section 30C of the Act, the State Government, as per the procedure laid down under Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ( Act 2 of 1974), may appoint a person to be the Special Public Prosecutor and more than one person to be Additional Public Prosecutors.
