Section 37(2) in Assam Elementary Education Act, 1962
(2)Subject to the provision of sub-section (1) the Inspector of Schools of the area concerned shall, on the recommendation of the Deputy Inspector of Schools concerned, accord necessary recognition to such of the senior Basic Middle Madrassa and Middle Vernacular Schools as fulfil the required conditions. In all other cases the Deputy Inspector of Schools shall accord such recognition.
