Section 82(1) in The Inland Steam Vessels (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1962
(1)It shall be the duty of the person in charge of a vessel of any canal to report the occurrence on such vessel of any case of cholera or smallpox at the dock, wharf or station at which the vessel arrives next alter such occurrence. The report shall be made to the Canal Officer having jurisdiction over such place.
