Relying on the decision of this Court in Criminal Appeal Nos. 478-479 of 2019 (Dauwalal @ Ganesh Devangan & Ors. Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh [now State of Chhattisgarh]) acquitting original Accused Nos.6,12,13 and 16, this Review Petition has been filed submitting that the Review Petitioners are similarly situated and, as such, are entitled to the same benefit.

Issue notice on Review Petition as well as on application for condonation of delay returnable on 02.11.2020.
