The Registrar may grant prosecution sanction after receipt of report of the inquiry as aforesaid and examining and considering the same properly. The Registrar shall apply his mind sufficiently before prosecution sanction is granted by him. The Registrar shall give atleast three opportunities to the person concerned against whom prosecution sanction is being sought to present his case before him.Chapter -XIV Miscellaneous
