431. Visits of Contractors, etc. to residences of Jail Officials, and monetary transactions with them to be discouraged.
- The visits of contractors or of private persons who have any dealings directly or indirectly with the prison or to the residents of members of the Prison Establishment shall be discouraged and in no case monetary transactions be entered into by them at their residence.
