Section 34(2) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
(2)If any person is, on the date of his election or appointment as a chairman of such apex or central society as aforesaid already a chairman of any such apex or central society then his election or appointment as the case may be, on the date aforesaid shall be void.
