221. Application of rules under the Act.

- Save as otherwise provided for in these rules, the rules framed by this High Court under the Indian Companies Act, 1913, and the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, framed by the Supreme Court, shall with necessary modifications and adaptations apply to proceedings under the Act.
