Section 15(6) in The Bombay Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act, 1959
(6)The [Council] shall from time to time prescribe by regulations the number and designation and the salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of other officers and servants as may be necessary for the purposes of carrying out its duties and functions under this Act :Provided that, the power to make appointment of any such officer or servant shall vest in the President.
