Section 13(1) in AADHAAR (AUTHENTICATION AND OFFLINE VERIFICATION) REGULATIONS, 2021
(1)In the event an application for appointment of requesting entity, Authentication Service Agency, as the casemay be, does not satisfy the requirements specified by the Authority, the Authority may reject theapplication.
