Section 7(2)(c) in The Rajasthan Municipal (Subordinate and Ministerial Service) (New Pay Scales) Rules, 1973

(c)The provision contained in clause (a) of this sub-rule shall not apply to cases of anomalies, if any arise as a result of operation of rule 12 of these Rules.
