Section 10 in Kerala Grants and Leases (Modification of Rights) Act, 1980
10. Indemnity.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Collector or any other person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
