Section 34(vi) in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
(vi)The notifications, orders and directions issued or to be issued under the provision of National Food Security Act, 2013, in regard to identification of eligible households, ration cards, delivery of food grains, lifting and distribution of food grains by the State, monitoring, transparency and accountability, and end to end operations which includes digitization of beneficiary, ration cards, and other databases, computerization of supply chain management, setting up transparency portal, grievance redressal mechanism and fair price shop automation shall be deemed to be issued under this Order too.
