Section 1 in The U.P. Civil Procedure Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules, 2009
1. Short title and commencement. -
(1)These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Civil Procedure Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules, 2009.(2)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
