Section 9A(4)(b) in The Punjab State Legislature Members (Pension and Medical Facilities Regulation) Rules, 1984

(b)the Accountant General, Punjab shall after satisfying himself that the papers submitted to him are in very respect in order and the amount of family pension has been correctly sanctioned, issue a family pension Payment Order.
