Section 20(1)(b) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009

(b)the number of workman employed as building workers in an establishment shall not, on any day, exceed the maximum number specified in the certificate of registration; and
