Section 10(1) in The National Capital Region Planning Board Act, 1985
(1)The Regional Plan shall be a written statement and shall be accompanied by such maps, diagrams, illustrations and descriptive matters, as the Board may deem appropriate for the purpose of ex-planning or illustrating the proposals contained in the Regional Plan and every such map, diagrams, illustration and descriptive matter shall be deemed to be a part of the Regional Plan.
