Petitioners seek anticipatory bail. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that the police filed charge-sheet. The husband is still in custody. The father-in-law and the brother-in-law of the deceased who are granted bail by the jurisdictional Court. The petitioner are the mother-in-law and sister-in-law.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no.2 was rejected by an earlier order dated November 11, 2021 in CRM 4678 of 2021. He draws the attention of the Court to the dying declaration of the victim. He submits that both the petitioners are named in such dying declaration.

The earlier prayer for anticipatory bail by the second petitioner was rejected on November 11, 2021 in CRM 4678 of 2021, inter alia, finding that the second petitioner was named as one of the assailants in the dying declaration. The first petitioner is also named as one of the assailants in the dying declaration. 2 Considering the fact that we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 371 of 2022, is rejected.
