Section 92 in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
92. Unauthorized interference with meter.
(1)No person shall break or in any way tamper with any seals or makes placed on a meter or, with an intent to deceive tamper with a meter.(2)No meter shall be altered or modified with the written permission of the State Transport Commissioner.
