40. Publication of Warning list.
(1)The Judicial Branch of the Registry shall publish the Warning list on the notice board of the Registry on the last working day previous to the 1st and 15th of every month.(2)The total number of cases to be included in each Warning list as fixed by the Registrar shall, as far as possible, be maintained by adding at the bottom of the list, such number of cases as are required to make good the deficiency, having regard to the number of cases transferred to the Daily Cause List.(3)From the Warning list so published, sufficient number of cases shall be taken for inclusion in the Daily Cause List in the order in which they appear in the Warning list, subject to the orders of the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson or the Bench. __________(1)Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt.
