(e)"high speed diesel" means any hydrocarbon oil, excluding mineral colza oil and turpentine substitute, which meets the requirements of Bureau of Indian Standards Specification number IS 1460 [and also does not contain any traces of marker] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 18(E) dated 12.1.2007 (w.e.f. 21.12.2005).];
