32. Possession of land not vacated.-
(1)If a sub-tenant, to whom the provisions of section 31 apply, does not vacate the holding, the person entitled to possession of such holding shall, on application to the tahsildar be put in possession thereof.(2)The tahsildar shall, after deciding the dispute, if any, arising between the parties, submit the record of the case for confirmation of the order passed by him to the sub-divisional officer.Division, exchange and acquisition of holdings
