ORDER
1. Report dated 02.12.2024 has been filed by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) via e-mail dated 02.12.2024.
2. In the report, it has been submitted that CPCB approached Punjab Remote Sensing Centre (PRSC) and provided satellite data received from NRSC/ISRO for analyses and interpretation of the data to ascertain the extent of illegal mining done on 21.11.2024 but the feedback/response from PRSC is awaited.
3. Learned Counsel for the CPCB seeks four weeks time to submit further report.
4. List for further consideration on 27.03.2025.
