Section 29(1) in The Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training Act, 1992
(1)The Government shall have the power to make a reference to the Board with regard to any matter of policy or in respect of any act done by the Board in contravention of the provisions of this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.
