1. Ms. Puja Tiwari, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of the Respondent.
2. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and considering that the amount in dispute is not much, learned counsels for the parties jointly, on instructions, submit that parties are willing to explore the possibility of mediation for amicable settlement of their inter se disputes.
3. Accordingly, parties are referred to mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they shall appear on 23.09.2025.
4. List before Court on 13.10.2025.
5. Copy of the order be sent to the learned Co-ordinator, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, for appointment of a Mediator.
