(5)Every order made by the Court of the [Divisional Commissioner] [Substituted 'District Judge' by Haryana Act No. 1 of 2007, dated 14.2.2007] on appeal and subject only to such order, the order of demolition made by the Commissioner shall be final and conclusive.
