6. Control on distribution of Bio-fertilizers by manufacturers.
- The Government may by notification direct any manufacturer, to secure equitable distribution and availability of bio-fertilizer to the farmers in time, to sell the bio-fertilizers produced by any person in such quantities in such areas of the State and within such periods as may be specified in the notification.Chapter - III Registration of Manufacturers / Dealers
