Section 7(a) in Swami Rama Himalayan University Act, 2012
(a)to establish courses of study and research and to provide instruction and training in such branches of study as the University deems appropriate including medical sciences, dental sciences, nursing, pharmacy, paramedical and allied health sciences, science, engineering and technology, biotechnology, yoga sciences, management, rural development, humanities, law and other branches of higher education;
