(2)Where there is any dispute in this regard or with regard to applicability of holidays, hours of work including extra wages for overtime work done and other conditions of service to a migrant workman under clause (a), sub-section (1) of Section 13, the same shall be decided by the Labour Commissioner whose decision shall be final.
