Section 12(1) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 1994
(1)The roll shall unless otherwise directed by State election Commissioner, be revised in the prescribed manner before each general election to a Corporation and for any ward before bye-election to fill a casual vacancy in such a ward:Provided that if for any reason the electoral roll is not revised the validity or continued operation of the existing electoral roll shall not thereby be affected.
