1. It is stated by the Petitioner, who appears in - person, that vide Orders dated 02.05.2023 and 22.05.2023, the Respondents were directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per months to the Petitioner herein as maintenance. However, the same has not been complied with.
2. It is stated by the Petitioner that an advance copy of the petition has been supplied to the Respondents and advance notice has also been served on the Respondents. However, there is no appearance on behalf of the Respondents.
3. Let Court Notice be issued to the learned Counsel for the Respondents informing about the next date of hearing.
