16.2Third party Evaluation Measurement and Verification of DSM programmes may be undertaken by the Commission or third party assigned by Commission. While engaging the agency, the Commission shall ensure that the Agency is not undertaking any other engagement which could conflict with the interests of the consumers in the State.
