Section 2(1)(c) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000

(c)'co-operative society' means a co-operative society registered or deemed to be registered as such under the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 1972 (35 of 1972) or any other law,for the time being in force which deals in and hold a licerise for marketing agricultural produce;
