Section 511C(1) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, as amended by the Tamil Nadu Municipal Corporation Laws (Amendment and Special Provision) Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 26 of 1994), the Government may by an order published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as amended by the Tamil Nadu Municipal Corporation Laws (Amendment and Special Provision) Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 26 of 1994), as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty:Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of the Tamil Nadu Municipal Corporation Laws (Amendment and Special Provision) Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Aft 26 of 1994).
