Section 15(3)(a) in The Punjab Municipal Primary Teachers (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006

(a)if his work and conduct has in its opinion been satisfactory, -
(i)confirm such person from the date of his appointment or from the date he completes his period of probation satisfactory, if he is not already confirmed; or
(ii)declare that he has completed his probation satisfactory, if he is already confirmed;
