1. By this petition, the petitioner points out that all the proceedings between the parties are pending in Karkardooma Court. The respondent No.2 is residing at Laxmi Nagar. She initially filed the complaint before CAW Cell, East District, however got it transferred to CAW Cell, Nanakpura for Counselling and thereafter, after registration of FIR, charge- sheet was filed by CAW Cell, Nanakpura before the Dwarka Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this was done deliberately so that the petitioner has to move from one Court to another.
2. Status report has been filed which also reveals that initially the complaint for demand of dowry and harassment was given to CAW Cell, Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:JUSTICE TR.P. (CRL.)38/2021 PageGUPTA MUKTA 1 of 2 Signing Date:23.11.2021 23:02:42 East District on 22nd September, 2015, which was then transferred to CAW Cell, Nanakpura on 22nd December, 2015 for further Counselling.
3. None appears on behalf of the respondent No. 2.
4. The Enquiry File of CAW Cell, Nanakpura will be brought on the next date, which may indicate the reason as to why the matter was transferred from CAW Cell, East District to CAW Cell, Nanakpura and once the Counselling failed, why it was not transferred back to CAW Cell, East District.
5. List this petition on 24th January, 2022.
