Section 79(2) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(2)The Vikas Adhikari, Extension Officers, Accountant and Junior Accountant appointed under Sub-Section (1) shall be -(a)either persons encadred in a State Service or person holding posts under the State Government;(b)regarded as being on deputation to the Panchayat Samiti on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed; and(c)liable to transfer by the State Government.
