Section 18 in Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 2010
18. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provision of this Act, the [Government] [Substituted for the words 'President' by the Punjab Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues (Amendment) Act 2012 (LVII of 2012).] may make such order as [it] [Substituted for the words 'he' by the Punjab Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues (Amendment) Act 2012 (LVII of 2012).] considers necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.[Substituted by the Punjab Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues (Amendment) Act 2012 (LVII of 2012).]
