Section 15(1) in The Telecom Unsolicited Commercial Communications Regulations, 2007
(1)In case the Telemarketer fails to register with the Government of India, in the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Department of Telecommunications, as referred to in regulation 13, his telephone connection shall be disconnected or provision of telecom service be discontinued, as the case may be, by the Access Provider.
