Section 46 in Children's University Act, 2009

46. Appointment of first Registrar.

- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 16. the first Registrar shall be appointed by the Slate Government as soon as practicable after the commencement of this Act for a period of not exceeding three years and on such terms and conditions as the Slate Government may thinks fit.
