Section 48(3) in The West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1957
(3)An Anchal Panchayat may, at a meeting specially convened for the purpose, by a resolution delegate to its Secretary such duties or powers of the Anchal Panchayat as it thinks fit, subject to the approval of the prescribed authority, and may at any time by a resolution withdraw or modify the same:Provided that when any power delegated to the Secretary is withdrawn or modified, the Anchal Panchayat shall forthwith give intimation thereof to the prescribed authority.
