Section 25 in The Indian Red Cross Society (Bengal Branch) Act, 1920
25. Seal. - The seal of the Society shall not be affixed to any instrument except in pursuance of a resolution of the Managing Body and at least two members of the Managing Body shall sign every instrument to which the seal is affixed.
