Section 18 in Maharashtra Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1942
18. Permission to owners to increase rent on account of improvements effected.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, it shall lawful for the owner of any land included in a scheme to enhance the rent payable by a tenant of the land by such amount and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
