21B. Determination of the value of the property to be surrendered.
- In determining the value of any portion of any property to be surrendered by the displaced person under clause (b) of the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 8A of the Act, the Settlement Commissioner shall have due regard to the value already assigned to such property and the manner of its determination at the time of its allotment to the displaced persons.
