Section 52 in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
52. Members, officers and employees of Board to be public servants.
- All members, officers and employees of the Board shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
