Section 4(o) in The U.P. Judicial Service Rules, 2001
(o)"Civil Judge Senior Division" means and includes Judge small cause, Additional Judge Small Cause, Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Chief Judicial Magistrate, Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway) and any member of the service posted under any other nomenclature.
