Section 59(1) in The Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2013
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as occasion requires, by order do anything not inconsistent with the objects and purposes of this Act, which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.Provided that, no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of three years from the date of coming into force of this Act.
