Section 90 in Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016
90. Examinations and evaluation not invalid for noncompliance with schedule.
- No examination or evaluation or the results of an examination or evaluation shall be held invalid only for the reasons that the university has not followed the schedule as stipulated in sections 88 and 89, as the case may be.
