Section 378(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007

(1)Such particulars regarding births and deaths as the Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer may from time to time specify shall be entered in separate registers of births and of deaths and such registers shall be maintained by each Registrar.
